Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) and may change without notice; the price at confirmation applies.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines and fees are communicated at the time of order. We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt.
5. Exchange Policy
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reason other than a confirmed product defect.

Upon receipt, we will fully examine the returned item and notify you via phone or email within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a replacement. If eligible, we will provide a replacement product of equal value. We do not offer cash refunds under this policy.
