Can I return a product if I simply changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We only exchange products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
How long does it take to process an exchange?
Once we receive your returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via phone or email within a reasonable period of time. If your exchange is approved, we will provide a replacement product as quickly as possible.
